In the focus of the play is David Yang, the founder of the Abbyy, the developer of the Lingvo electronic dictionaries and the founder of flash mob movement in Russia. The documentary play by Eugeny Kazachkov is written on the basis of many hours conversations with Yang. Verbatim theatre opens the possibility to focus on the inner world of man, on drama of his life. Yang tells about entering the Physical-Technical Institute, about his adventure with the first electronic dictionary and about parallels between his professional and personal life. In the end we get a story about searching for the meaning of life, about loaning for immortality and about changing the world for better. Fragments of the flash mobs organized by Yang are used in the performance.
Maxim Fomin, the actor who plays Yang, talks to the audience, but sometimes to his own copy that comes alive on the screen. Image of Yang doubles, triples and illustrates not only the complexity of human nature, but also the possibility of intelligence to change the world with technologies.
